should be made acquainted with mine Octoer the l9th. 1793 his Excellency the Governour was pleased to make the following Appointments -- John Greer Esquire a Captain in the first Regi- ment of militia Hamilton County -- vice Robert Buntin removed to Vincennes: Darius C. Orcutt a Lieut. and Adjutant in the same - vice Lieutenant McConnel resigned -- Samuel Creigh Ensign in the same -- and Stephen Reeder a Lieutenant -- vice Vance removed: Also John Schooly an Ensign and James Lyon a Lieu- tenant and they were commissioned accordingly. October the 28th. 1793 His Excellency the Governour was pleased to appoint John Armstrong Esquire to be a Judge of the County Court of common Pleas for the County of Hamilton and he was commissioned ac- cordingly.
