The working draft of the TIS is available on the ERC web site. I would particularly like to thank Richard Whitehouse of the Inspector General's Office for his work on the TIS. It has taken us a lot longer to complete this project than I would have liked - but tha blame for this is entirely mine as the Sub-committee did their part of the work in a timely fashion.

The plan is to send the TIS Handbook to the Office of Information Technology Policy and Planning and the Attorney's General Office for review. The TIS Sub-committee is now reviewing the draft.

After both those offices have commented on the TIS and the TIS Sub-committee has recommended the final version of the TIS to the ERC for acceptance I will ask the ERC to vote to accept the TIS via e-mail. Please take this opportunity to review and comment on the TIS Handbook draft as you see fit, pay close attention to those part of the Handbook that contain reference to Ohio laws or policies.
