1Sub-Office-Only use if an office or department is broken into more than one subdivision
2Description-We would like to put the record series description back in the manuals to further aid in determining whether a record falls under a particular description. Many local government officials miss this feature. If you can provide us with a description it would be extremely helpful. If you cannot provide a description at this time, we will go back and address it at a later time.
3Alternate Names-If you know of any alternate names that a particular record series has been classified under, please list them. Again, this will make the manual more functional.
4Values-Please tell me which value(s) the record series possesses. It is unnecessary to give me Administrative Value since that is pretty much given in most record series that are created.
5Sub-Series-Only use if a record series is broken down into additional sub-series (i.e. Correspondence-routine, general, executive)
