County Manual Project Description

Thank you for your valuable assistance and support in the massive undertaking of updating the County Records Manual. Several county organizational charts have been submitted. I will plan on having a master structure available for comment at the 30 October 2001 meeting. What follows is a description of Phase 2.
About Phase 2 of the County Manual Project
The current County Manual has been entered in an Access database. Therefore, we are now ready to begin accepting detailed record series information in an effort to update the current manual. The state has been divided into five sections, each with a regional representative. Each representative will be responsible for developing procedures for the counties within their region to submit information and passing the procedures on to you.
