It’s Ohio State Fair time, July 25 – August 5!
Whether you're visiting the fair or the Ohio History Center, be sure to take advantage of your OHS member benefits. By showing your OHS membership card at the gate and parking in the OHS lot in front of the building, you will park for FREE and save the $5 fee. Just make sure you have your card with you!
If you are attending the fair, be sure to visit the Civil War soldiers’ encampment on the lawn of the Rhodes building. Explore what camp life was like, and play a few 19th century games while you’re at it. Of course, you’re always welcomed to take in the Museum and Ohio Village, as well. OHS will be open as usual: Wednesday – Saturday, 10-5, Sunday, noon-5.
Please note: Entry to OHS and the fair will be via I-71 at 17th Ave (exit 111). All other access routes will be closed.
