Very nearby to the Grant Boyhood Home is the Grant Schoolhouse, where the 18th president attended classes from age six to thirteen. Also, stroll through downtown Georgetown to see the recently installed statue of Grant.
A short 40-minute drive east will put you at the Grant Birthplace in Point Pleasant.
A short 25-minute drive south will put you at the Rankin House in Ripley, home of famous abolitionist John Rankin.
