The Ohio Historical Society knows that educating our future leaders is a tough job, and we are here to help! From field trips, to distance learning, to professional development, we offer a wide range of site-based and virtual educational programming. Our programming is aligned to Ohio College and Career Ready Standards and supports the Common Core State Standards. In addition, we offer programs that promote 21st Century Skills and Historical Thinking Skills.

Field Trips

The Ohio History Center in Columbus offers a variety of field trip options including 30 minute programs, experiences in the Ohio Village, and self-guided tours through the museum.
