They have been featured in Sports Illustrated, the Wall Street Journal, Life, and Country Living magazines, as well as on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” the Canadian Broadcasting Company and other national outlets, along with being the subject of an award-winning PBS/WOSU documentary. They have traveled to 20 states and Canada, four Major League and numerous Minor League stadiums, playing before countless thousands of spectators-educating and entertaining along the way.
Visitors can meet Muffins players: Tracy Martin, a collector of vintage baseball items; Jim Tootle, who wrote a book on the history of baseball in Columbus; and Charley Trudeau, who manufactures vintage baseball bats as owner of the Phoenix Bat Co.
